Introduction to the technical conditions and standards of pipeline valves

gb/t is revised by adopting iso14313:1999 pipeline valves for pipeline transportation systems in petroleum and natural gas industry/API 6d:2002 pipeline valves. The standard stipulates the terms, structural types and parameters, ordering requirements, technical requirements, lithium salt output of 26900 tons, inspection rules, test methods, marks and other contents of flange connected and welded gate valves, ball valves, check valves and plug valves. It is applicable to gate valve, ball valve, check valve and plug valve for natural gas and oil transmission pipeline with nominal pressure of pn16~pn420 and nominal size of dn15~dn1200

the main differences between gb/t 19672 and ISO 14313/api 6D are as follows:

(1) the standard is written in accordance with gb/t 1 Different from iso/api standards

(2) some terms and definitions in international standards are adopted

(3) nominal pressures PN16, PN25, PN40 are added

(4) the content of ordering requirements is modified

(5) the structural length dimension greater than DN1000 ball valve is added

(6) requirements for connecting bolt threads of valve shell are added

(7) specify the welding and inspection requirements according to the requirements of China's laws and regulations

(8) specifies the inspection rules of valves

description of the main technical contents of gb/t 19672:

(1) the term

explains the full diameter valve, reducing valve, necking valve, one-way valve, two-way valve and locking device. In order to accurately use the relevant requirements of the standard

(2) structure

gives the typical structural forms and connection forms of gate valves, ball valves, plug valves and check valves used in long-distance pipelines

(3) pressure temperature grade

the shell material used for the valve complies with the provisions of GB 9131, and the standard applies the pressure temperature benchmark of GB 9131

(4) structure length

the structure length of relevant pipeline valves in foreign countries is consistent with the structure length requirements of API 6D, and the standard is also based on the structure length of API 6D, so that the valves can be interchanged. There are requirements for the structural length of the valve with one end connected by welding and the other end connected by flange

(5) indication of drift diameter

refer to the simple indication of API 6D drift diameter operation, and specify the indication method for the nominal size of the valve and the actual channel diameter that successfully solves this difficulty. It is convenient to distinguish: full diameter valve, reducing valve and necking valve, and clearly indicate the nominal size of the valve (the same as the pipeline) and the actual channel diameter

(6) minimum diameter and channel shape

for the cleaning and dredging requirements of long-distance pipelines, the minimum channel of valves is listed with reference to API 6D, and the channel section shape is specified

(7) structural requirements

specify the structures that affect the performance and operation of long-distance pipeline valves. It specifies the requirements for the operating torque and operating performance of pipeline valves

(8) material

lists the commonly used valve shell material varieties, sulfur resistance requirements, anti-corrosion treatment measures and hardness requirements. Requirements for welding and repair welding of valves

(9) test

the inspection contents, test requirements, pressure holding time and test methods of various valves are specified with reference to API 6D

standards are under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for valve Standardization (sac/tc188). It was implemented on August 1st, 2005
