When selecting steel knives and steel wires, factors such as the thickness of the material of the die-cut product and the width of the indentation line should also be considered. The technical requirements and process difficulties of metal hollow lead knife arrangement are generally slightly higher than those of plywood hollow lining materials. When using metal empty lead knife arrangement, the knife shape is directly fixed at the designated position of the die plate with empty lead according to certain process requirements to complete the knife arrangement operation, which is very similar to the typesetting operation in movable type printing. In the metal blank lead cutter, the operator is required to be able to flexibly and freely use various specifications of blank lining materials correctly, and the discharged imprint plate cannot be loose or cross-linked in the die-cutting process. In particular, when arranging various geometric figures, it is necessary to ensure that the graphics are standardized and the tightness is appropriate. When there are multiple drawings in one version, they should be consistent with each other, and there should be no difference due to the different magnification of empty lead added. In addition, after the knife is arranged, the vertical lines of each point on the opposite side of the printing plate should be equidistant, so as to facilitate clamping and fastening when fixing the knife. In the operation of cutting with plywood lining materials, the steel knife and steel wire should be inserted into the sawing seam of the base plate. Can it be tested with a tensile testing machine? The plane should be vertical, and the gap should be appropriate. There should be no deformation or twisting in the embedding or processing. If the layout is composed of multiple base plates, a single base plate should be arranged and shaped first, then arranged and shaped one by one, and finally clamped and fixed uniformly. After the printing plate is arranged, its vertical and horizontal lines should form 90 angles to each other, and the side lines should be parallel to each other, so that the whole layout can be flat.
