Application of SIEMENS PCS7 in Chengdao Offshore center platform of Shengli Oilfield

1 The SCADA system of Chengdao cb30a central platform of Shengli Oilfield is composed of the central platform station control system and the remote control station (RTU) of the well group platform (7 in phase I, which will be expanded to 20 in the future), which completes the production monitoring and control of the cb30a central platform and the well group platform, and transmits the data to the original land central station through the spread spectrum microwave system. Cb30a central platform and its well cluster platform adopt the main and standby data communication scheme, and the main and standby data communication are automatically switched. The main data communication adopts submarine optical cable (optical cable and power cable are in the same cable), and the standby data communication adopts data transmission radio. The system structure is "two-level control and three-level network". The two-level control refers to the telemetry and remote control of the well cluster platform and the control of the central platform. The three-level network refers to the network structure of the automation system, which extends to the comprehensive information of the offshore oil development company and the Administration Bureau. The central platform is an attended station, and the well cluster platform is an unattended station, because the system is based on the principle of system resonance. Integrate SCADA system and industrial digital TV monitoring system into a monitoring system to realize industrial TV monitoring of cb30a central platform and its well cluster platform; During the operation and control of SCADA system, TV monitors the corresponding parts to achieve intuitive and convenient operation; At the same time, TV monitors the safe operation of the well cluster platform and prevents man-made damage and theft

II Process introduction

1 Cb30a central platform station control system

cb30a central platform station control system is composed of three parts: a perfect combination process control system (PCS), an emergency shutdown system (ESD) and a fire and gas monitoring system (FG) that can realize high barrier and high moisture absorption and permeability in the ultra-thin, light-weight and high-performance fiber structure of the non-woven fabric produced with this material, and is responsible for the production management and process control of the central platform itself

(1) process control system (PCS for short)

process control system (PCS for short) completes the measurement and control of the central platform crude oil treatment system, auxiliary system and other process processes, ensures the reliable and stable operation of the process system, and realizes the display of process system parameters, data processing, alarm and data archiving

(2) emergency shutdown system (ESD)

emergency shutdown system (ESD) completes the emergency shutdown of the process system to ensure the safety of production and life. Emergency shutdown is divided into four levels

· first level shutdown: the whole station is shut down. In case of major accidents, manually start this level of shutdown, which will shut down all processes and public facilities of the whole station to ensure the safety of operators and facilities. The first level shutdown signal starts the broadcasting system

· secondary shutdown: fire and gas shutdown. In case of fire, the production system will be shut down manually, the instrument air system will not be shut down, and the secondary shutdown signal will start the broadcasting system. In order to reduce the loss caused by fire, fire and gas shutdown is pressure relief shutdown

· three level shutdown: process system shutdown. In case of process system failure, manually shut down the production system, and the three-level shutdown signal starts the broadcasting system. In order to facilitate production recovery after shutdown, the shutdown of the process system is non pressure relief shutdown

· four level shutdown: unit interlock shutdown. For shutdown caused by unit failure, this level of shutdown only turns off the failed unit, and other systems are not affected

(3) fire and gas monitoring system (F G)

fire and gas monitoring makes it impossible for the universal tensile testing machine to carry out. The system (F G) is composed of on-site detection equipment and fire and gas control cabinet in the central control room. When the on-site fire and gas detection equipment detects flammable gas leakage or fire, it sends a signal to the fire and gas monitoring system to give an alarm in the form of sound and light, prompt the operator to confirm the fire, start the alarm and fire-fighting system of the whole plant, and complete the relevant emergency shutdown

2. The well cluster platform remote control station (RTU)

cb30a central platform belongs to: the built cb302 and cb303 single well platforms, the new CB30B and cb306 well cluster platforms, the cb30c well cluster platform, cb305 well cluster platform and cb301 single well platform to be built in phase II project, and the expansion capacity is expected to reach 20 well cluster platforms with full consideration of future expansion. The remote control station completes the data acquisition, processing, judgment, control and shutdown of the oil production platform, transmits the data to the SCADA system of the cb30a central platform through the optical cable channel, and receives the control command from the SCADA system of the cb30a central platform at the same time, so as to realize the telemetry and remote control of the well group platform

3. Industrial digital TV monitoring system

cb30a central platform and its well cluster platform process unit area, wellhead and unattended operation room and equipment room are equipped with industrial digital TV monitoring system

4. Data communication system

cb30a central platform and its well group platform adopt the main and standby data communication scheme, and the main and standby data communication are automatically switched. The main data communication adopts 8-core submarine optical cable (optical cable and power cable are in the same cable), and the standby data communication adopts data transmission radio. Among them, the single well platform only adopts data transmission radio data communication.
